What we collect

We intentionally keep collection minimal. If you join the VIP list, Brevo processes your name, email address, and subscription/consent information to send the emails you asked for. If you use the favorite-flavor poll, we store an anonymous, device-generated vote identifier and your selected flavor so the poll can count one vote per device. We do not build customer accounts or intentionally collect payment, shipping, banking, identity, or detailed order information on this site.

Ordering and infrastructure

When online ordering launches, it will take place on a secure third-party ordering service. That provider's privacy policy applies to its service. Like most websites, technical infrastructure may process limited connection information necessary for security and delivery. Tony's does not intentionally use advertising pixels, session replay, or cross-site behavioral tracking.
